Acceptance.

By using digify.ai or engaging with Digify's services, you accept these terms.

Services.

Digify offers two products: (1) Pulse, a publisher monetization snippet, and (2) AI-as-a-Service engagements. Specific deliverables, scope, and payment for engagements are governed by individual statements of work.

User conduct.

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to circumvent security measures, scrape at scale, or use automated tools to access the site beyond reasonable rate limits.

Intellectual property.

All content on digify.ai is owned by Digify or licensed to us. You may not copy, redistribute, or use the content without written permission, except as necessary for personal, non-commercial use.

Pulse-specific terms.

Pulse is gated. Application does not guarantee approval. Approval requires manual review and an onboarding call. Specific rev-share, payout terms, and acceptable-use rules are governed by the Pulse publisher agreement signed at onboarding.

Disclaimers.

digify.ai is provided “as is.” We make no warranties about uptime, accuracy of content, or fitness for any particular purpose.

Limitation of liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digify is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

Governing law.

These terms are governed by the laws of [TBD jurisdiction — placeholder for Dom to fill in after legal counsel review]. Disputes will be resolved in courts of competent jurisdiction.

Changes.

We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
