This privacy policy describes how Digify (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit digify.ai or use our services. By using the site or applying for Pulse, you agree to the practices described here.

What we collect.

Information you provide: contact form fields, Pulse application fields (name, email, site URL, traffic range, niche, monetization details, notes).

Information collected automatically: pages viewed, referrer, IP address, browser/user-agent, anonymized via Vercel Analytics (cookieless).

Information from third parties: none currently.

How we use it.

Process applications, respond to inquiries, scope and deliver engagements, send transactional emails (application confirmations, project updates), prevent abuse and spam, improve the site.

Third-party processors.

We share information only with the vendors required to operate the site:

• Vercel — hosting, analytics
• Neon — database
• Resend — transactional email
• Cloudflare Turnstile — bot/abuse prevention

Cookies.

digify.ai does not use marketing or tracking cookies. Vercel Analytics operates without cookies.

Data retention.

Application and contact submissions are retained as long as the relationship is active or as required for legal/business purposes. You can request deletion at any time.

Your rights.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing hello@digify.ai. We aim to respond within 30 days.

Children.

digify.ai is not intended for users under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes.

We may update this policy. Material changes will be flagged at the top of the page with a new “last updated” date.
